With the year drawing to a close and the biggest shopping season falling upon us any beauty enthusiast knows this is the chance to put those sales and gift cards to good use in order to get the most bang for your buck as well as the opportunity to try products that you typically would not try during the year. We have curated a list of the top beauty finds to add to your 2019 Sephora Gift List!
We’re created a beauty gift guide to help surprise your favorite beauty junkie.
Or if you’re anything like me, this is the perfect list to use to….
1. Maison Margiela- ‘REPLICA’ Deluxe Mini Coffret Set $68.00
This is the perfect gift for an individual on their quest for their signature scent. I personally own two different scents from this very line and they are my go to scents for any events. While the price tag may be higher the lasting power is amazing and a tiny spritz goes a long way. The set gives the wearer the ability to switch up their scent based on their moods and are also awesome size to fit into a bag if you are on the run.
2. Charlotte Tilbury- Gift of Pillow Talk Lips- $35.00
Any person who knows me personally can vouch that while I love lipsticks and are obsessed with collecting them I am the worst at finishing them. So imagine my surprise when I realized I was half way done with my first Charlotte Tilbury lipstick. Charlotte Tilbury makes my FAVORITE lipstick and lip liner formula so you can imagine my joy to see a boxed set with a full size lipstick and lipliner. The formula is thicker without being gloopy and hides all of those pesky lip lines. The lip liner pencil is creamy and does not tug in the slightest.I highly recommend this to anyone that has ever even thought of using her formula. It’s a perfect everyday MLBB (my lips but better) shade. This is a must add to your Sephora Gift List this year!
3. NARS- Mini Blush + Balm Set- $24.00
A few weeks ago we provided amazing dupes for this cult favorite blush and now here is the chance to try out the original thing at a much easier to digest price point. The holiday collection theme this year for NARS is Studio 54 and they have provided stocking stuffers comprised of a mini blush and balm that will give you that disco queen diva look in the best way possible. Choose from the infamous shade of Orgasm (a peachy pink with shimmer), Torrid (coral with shimmer) or Dolce Vita (dusty rose). Each mini blush comes with a matching lip balm so you can get your monochromatic Diana Ross on (can you tell I love the 70’s in general?!).
4. NUDESTIX- Rose Gold Palette – $59.00
This is perfect for the person on the go that wants a quick and easy way to pump up their eye look. No need for brushes and provides a perfect lit from within glow on the eye that looks beautiful at any time of day. I have used this formula before and it just melts into the skin in the best way possible while having amazing staying power which is saying something as I am totally an oily skin girl with hooded eyes. This particular set is also perfect for a wide range of skin tones given it range of tones. This is a perfect introduction into a higher priced line that is perfect for any age.
5. PAT MCGRATH LABS- Eye Ecstasy: Eye Shadow Palette Mini- $28.00
Auntie Pat, oh Auntie Pat.
I am a self professed beauty addict and I tried for the longest to escape the allure of Pat McGrath Labs. I would skip over youtube reviews and scroll pass IG posts given the brands price point but eventually I was gifted a palette and that day a monster was born. A glittery, smokey, rich, beautiful monster, but a monster nonetheless. These palettes are a perfect entry into the brand given the price and an opportunity to see what all the fuss is about. While there are no mattes in this palette there is no need given how creamy and decadent the shadows are. Pat’s formula blends itself and while this particular palette might just appear to be full of boring neutral colors I promise you they are worth checking out. They are perfect for the holiday season given their shiny, reflective nature. I am also a fan of the thin, plastic packaging as it is amazing for traveling especially when compared to her heavier, luxe packaging that is used in the Mothership line.
