Fulfillment times vary per product but a rough estimate is as follows,
2-7 business days for apparel products
2-5 business days for non-apparel products.
97.66% of orders are shipped within five business days and more than 50% of products are shipped withing three business days or fewer.
Currently we only ship within the United States of America.

HOW TO MEASURE
To measure your feet stand on a level floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or wall. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler where the flat edge crosses. This is your foot length measurement.

We know sometimes things just do not fit the way you hope they would. No worries we accept returns up to 14 days after you receive the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrived damaged, the please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!
WRONG SIZE
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the size chart. Through rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
