Staying home a lot, like a lot can be very draining and it can really have an effect on your mental health which why it is so important to get up a move, start a new book, dance around the house, cut your own bangs. Get it, you know you are going to be playing this once you can hit the road again. Get a head start and pretend you’re cruising to your favorite restaurant that will once again let you eat inside. Also, get dessert at that restaurant, we took that for granted.

It’s a cover of Frankie Valli what’s not to love.
Fly Me to the Moon | Frank Sinatra cover by The Macarons Project
…….I bet we all wish we could fly to the moon right about now.
Sweater Weather | The Neighborhood cover by Korantemaa
You know you love this song, you also know all the lyrics, don’t lie. If you were in Upstate New York you would also know that we are still currently in sweater weather because it’s still snowing…in April….honestly Rochester’s city motto should be, “You don’t like the weather, wait five minutes.”
So throw on your comfiest robe / pajamas and let off some stream by belting this song out.
What a Wonderful World x I Can’t Help Falling in Love | Louis Armstrong x Elvis Presley cover by Reneé Dominique
Back at it again, Renee Dominique is definitely an artist that you should check out, her YouTube has quite a few covers that are amazing and she is the perfect addition to any chill lazy day playlist.
Also who knew that these two songs would be the perfect mash-up that we all need this year.

It’s Childish Gambino, you know you are going to like it.
Island in the Sun | Weezer cover by Daniela Andrade & Sarah Lee
Truth be told that that the original is in my top three favorite songs of all time so really any rendition of this will be the best, that’s just a fact. This song reminds me of vacation and just makes me happy, find that song that just fills you with joy and play that on repeat, it’s an instant pick me up.
Also fun fact, I think the only reason this song reminds of vacation is because this song was definitely used in a Mary-Kate & Ashley movie where they go to the Bahamas. Love them.
Running Up That Hill | Placebo cover by Alexa Melo
Alexa Melo kills this rendition of Running Up That Hill. I love her passion and grit that she puts into this song. Definitely my favorite cover of this classic
I Say A Little Prayer for You | Aretha Franklin cover by Lianne La Havas
I Say A Little Prayer For You is such a cult classic and the way in which Lianne La Havas performs it is so delicate but forceful. Listen you’ll get what I mean. You should definitely check out her other work, you’re sure to love it.
This is by far one of my favorite acoustic covers hands down.
