These blankets are made from 100% organic cotton and come in three weights, 15 lbs, 20 lbs and 25 lbs. How do you determine the correct weight for you? Easy, your blanket should be roughly 10% of your body weight. For example if you weight 150 lbs then you would choose the 15 lb blanket. If you fall between two sizes they recommend going up to the larger weight. Each blanket is hand knitted so final size and weight can vary.
